Our plugins and apps communicate with our backends over secure HTTPS connections.

IX. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
X. exporthub
The following applies when you use exporthub.
By connecting Google to exporthub (for example, signing in with Google to export frames to Google Drive):
- You authorise our Services to use the Google APIs with the scopes we request (such as `openid`, `email`, `profile`, and `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file`) to perform actions you initiate.
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) and/or by disconnecting the account inside the plugin.
- We request only the minimum permissions needed to sign you in, upload exports you initiate, support folder selection (including Google Picker), and create destination folders at your request.
XI. exportflow
The following applies when you use exportflow.
Webflow
By connecting Webflow to exportflow:
- You authorise our Services to use the Webflow Data API with the scopes we request (`authorized_user:read`, `sites:read`, `assets:read`, `assets:write`) to perform actions you initiate - including listing your sites and asset folders, uploading assets, and updating metadata such as alt text.
- You can revoke access at any time through your Webflow account settings and/or by disconnecting the connection inside the plugin.
- We request only the minimum permissions needed for these features.
Billing
exportflow has a free tier and a paid 'Starter' plan. Payments are handled by Stripe; subscriptions are billed per billing cycle, and Stripe’s terms apply when you pay.
- You may subscribe via Stripe Checkout from within the exportflow plugin.
- Existing subscribers can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the plugin Settings menu.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Starter plan access until that period ends, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Refund requests may be sent to support@nullab.io.
- If a payment fails, your subscription may enter a past-due state. We may restrict paid features until payment is resolved or the subscription is cancelled.
AI-generated content
exportflow may offer optional AI-assisted title and alt text generation. AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or suitability. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated titles and alt text before uploading assets to your Webflow site or publishing them on a live website.Nullab Ltd is not liable for any harm, loss, compliance failure, or accessibility issue arising from AI-generated metadata that you choose to use or publish without adequate review.
XII. exportcms
The following applies when you use exportcms.
Webflow
By connecting Webflow to exportcms:
- You authorise our Services to use the Webflow Data API with the scopes we request (`authorized_user:read`, `sites:read`, `cms:read`, `cms:write`, `assets:read`, `assets:write`) to perform actions you initiate - including listing your sites, reading CMS collections and items, uploading image assets, and updating CMS Image field values (as draft or published, according to your selection).
- You can revoke access at any time through your Webflow account settings and/or by disconnecting the connection inside the plugin.
- We request only the minimum permissions needed for these features.
CMS uploads
- You are responsible for verifying frame-to-CMS-item mappings, the correct collection and Image field, and whether items should be saved as draft or published. 'Published' updates may appear on your live Webflow site.
- Auto-matching is provided as a convenience and may be incorrect; review mappings before confirming an upload.
- Nullab Ltd is not liable for CMS changes you approve or for issues caused by your Webflow CMS structure, API limits, or changes Webflow makes to its platform.
- exportcms depends on third-party platforms (Figma and Webflow). If changes to those platforms' terms, APIs, or policies prevent exportcms from functioning in whole or in part, Nullab Ltd is not responsible and no refund will be provided, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Billing
exportcms has a free tier and a paid 'lifetime unlock' that removes the free-tier site limit. Payments are handled by Stripe; Stripe's terms apply when you pay.
- Free tier: one Webflow site at a time. Disconnect the current connection inside the plugin to switch sites (or upgrade).
- Lifetime unlock: one-time Stripe Checkout from within the plugin. This is not a recurring subscription; there is no subscription to cancel.
- Refunds: lifetime unlock fees are generally non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Refund requests may be sent to support@nullab.io. A full refund may revoke paid entitlements and enforce the free-tier single-site limit.
